How to Get a Boyfriend from a Chat Room

For those of you who spend a lot of time on the Internet and in chat rooms, you may wonder how to get a boyfriend from a chat room. This is so easy that it is done over and over again all the time. People connect with each other in these rooms every day.

You may think it is something a little off the wall and that it is impossible to get a boyfriend just from talking to a guy in a chat room, but think again. When people start talking to each other online, one on one, they get to know the INSIDE of a person. Talking is how you get acquainted, whether it is in person or over the computer. The more time you spend chatting to each other, the more you will get to know that person.

Now, you may be thinking that the Internet is full of liars and people misrepresenting themselves, and you are absolutely right about that. There are dishonest people on the Internet just as there are dishonest people living down the street from you. In that respect, it is not any different from “real life.” When you find out someone has deceived you, there are measures you take that keep you away from that person. You can do the same thing with people who are dishonest with you on line. Simply block them so they cannot speak to you. It is actually a lot easier to rid yourself of virtual companions than real life ones.

You are probably wondering how it is possible to find a real boyfriend in a chat room. Actually, it is done pretty much the same way that you would get to know a guy in a club or a party. You start by talking and finding out if you have any common ground. Once you have located the things you have in common, you move on to having some real conversations. You exchange life stories including things about your childhood, and your romantic background. This is the same thing you do in person, except online you are not distracted by looks.

There is much to be said about getting to know someone from the inside out. If you are really smart, you will not focus so much on how a guy looks that you meet in a chat room right away. Instead, take some time to get to know him. Find out if you like the things he says to you, the way he thinks, and what you can pick up about his personality. You will know intuitively if you like what you perceive. Now, if you seem to be getting a good vibe about this guy, it is time to ask about his looks. Ask the normal questions like, how tall is he, what color hair and eyes does he have? Then ask him if he has a recent photo that he can show you online. If you have done things the right way, waited until you already like him, his looks should not be too terribly important by then.

He is most likely going to want to know the same things about your appearance as well. It is always a good idea to have a recent photo of yourself on hand to show him. You also want it to be flattering. If you have any questions that the picture is not of him, try to get him on a web cam to show you what he looks like. Just don’t let him know that you are doing it as a test.

Once you have connected with a guy and you really seem to hit it off in the chat room, take some time to chat over the phone. Hear his voice and see if you still feel that connection. An agreement to a date can seal the deal. Just like that, you have found a boyfriend in a chat room.
