How to Attract Men Who Are Smart

As women are becoming more highly educated and professional these days, many prefer to know how to attract men who are smart. This is not quite as difficult to do as it sounds if you know where to look. That is really the secret to attracting and meeting the type of men you are looking for the most. Frequent the venues where you will find men you would be most interested in.

The thing to remember is that truly smart men are not always going to be hanging around in bars or nightclubs. While they may certainly be in some of the more upscale establishments, for the most part they are not going to be a part of your ordinary fun places. This is not because they don’t like to have fun. It is most likely because they prefer to have a different kind of fun.

Now, let’s start out with a place that you probably have not thought of as being a great hunting ground for smart men. Think of the library. That’s right, smart men go to the library all the time. So if you want to know how to attract men who are smart, visit your local library. If you happen to live in a city that boasts a rather large public library, start there. Spend some time browsing in sections that hold subjects you are most interested in. The men you see also browsing there may be definite prospects. If you see someone who has potential, you can easily work your way down to the same section he’s browsing through. Pretend to be looking for a book you can’t find and ask his help. Dropping a book, or books, is another way to get his attention.

Suppose you enjoy the arts and would like to find a man who also understands that passion. Museums are excellent locations to use in how to attract men who are smart. If you enjoy the famous gifted painters or sculptors from the past, visit that part of the museum. You may be surprised at the number of single and available smart men you will spot there. If you see a man who looks interesting viewing a particular painting, make your way over to that same painting. Voice an intelligent comment about the painting or its’ artist. You will find out quickly enough if he’s interested.

Bookstores are also great places to attract men who are smart. Most bookstores are fine to hang out in for a while without being thrown out for loitering. If you are a true book lover, you will find a book or two you want to buy. There are also many larger bookstores that offer a small café and reading areas. These are perfect when you find a man you want to get to know better in one of the aisles. You can start talking and carry the conversation safely to the café area. The two of you can get better acquainted over coffee and a dessert. What could be more perfect?

In trying to attract men who are smart, you should simply follow your own impulses. If you frequent places that are of interest to you, chances are you will also find the kind of men you want to know better.
